When To Arrive:
We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. For new consultations and clients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill out the necessary intake paperwork.
Our patients’ time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. If you are late or do not arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the entire service for which you are booked. If you arrive late by 15 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment altogether.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice otherwise you will forfeit 100% of your service, or will be charged a $50 fee for no call/no shows and cancellations under 24-hours for missed and future appointments. We will take special circumstances under consideration.
In regards to COVID or illnesses, our priority is to keep staff and clients safe. If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible, stay home and reschedule in 10 – 14 days. Furthermore, if you cancel less then 24 hours due to an illness, a COVID test is required and must be emailed to us (email@example.com) prior to rescheduling.
We offer 45 minute complimentary consultations, and have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our providers, particularly the free time we are providing. Our cancellation policy requires a $50 deposit that can be applied towards services, product or refunded after your consult. This deposit will be forfeited if you fail to show to your appointment, reschedule under 24hour notice or no call/no show.
