When To Arrive:
We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. For new consultations and clients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill out the necessary intake paperwork.
Our patients’ time is valuable, so we try our best to ensure appointments run on schedule. If you are late or do not arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the entire service for which you are booked. If you arrive late by 15 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment altogether.
We offer 45 minute complimentary consultations, and have a 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our providers, particularly the free time we are providing.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide a 24-hour courtesy notice otherwise you may forfeit your service or will be required to reserve future appointments with a credit card number and will be charged $50 for no-shows or cancellations under 24-hours.
